Want to serve your Guests Prime Meat? Go Beyond

Just follow the directions on the package. I use a little extra virgin olive in which to pan-fry over medium heat in a non-stick skillet, but cast iron or other metals are good as well. Some juices will release in the pan. I haven’t made a gravy out of them yet, but some day I will.

I like mine done medium with some char – makes them taste as if they were grilled outside.

Use your favorite condiments. Today I went with A-F mayo and sweet relish with some thinly sliced onion on one bun, and mustard and ketchup on the other bun.

Use any bun you like, but for a Prime Burger go with something extra special to carry the weight!
